The Ground cover fabric made on sulzer looms, which is expensive, has cross grid. Normally, ground cover fabric made on circular looms has green lines in one direction only. Our  circular loom ground cover fabric has  cross grid @ 20 cm on both directions thereby giving you advantages of a sulzer fabric at a lower cost.

SafeFlex has provided an important product to reduce the cost of Gaylord boxes by making a high quality narrow width variation SLEEVE from circular fabric  which provides very strong outer cover with low thickness corrugated bow to provide packing of solid  viscous and semi solid materials  at low and efficient cost, replacing metal boxes etc. The key features of the sleeves are:

• No overhanging edges and no fraying by high quality coating

SafeFlex has arguably the world’s widest range of fabric manufacturing facility in house. It can manufacture fabric tubes right from 5”(15 cm) to 120” (300 cm) on  more than 100 nos of 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 shuttle circular looms. Housewrap is a replacement for the older asphalt-treated paper, or asphalt saturated felt. These materials are all lighter in weight and usually wider than asphalt designs, so contractors can apply the material much faster to a house shell.

For cultivating vermicompost, vermiwash and earthworms which will reduce the farmers expenses on chemical fertilizer. Pond Liners are manufactured by 7 Layer HDPE Laminated Fabric of 300 + GSM which are used in artificial lakes, ponds and other water bodies. Our pond liners can be used in ponds made for recreational and commercial purposes, as well as in industrial reservoirs.

There are areas where water is scarcely available and storing it in proper hygienic conditions is a challenge, Alternate ways to store water may turn out to be an expensive proposition and is also time consuming. Pond Liners can be used to store water for extended period of time. It is as simple as, excavating the ground, laying the Pond Liners and filling/ storing water.

Fumigation Covers are used to completely cover the food grains in the open field. HDPE Fumigation Covers (Storage Cover) are more economical at all levels compared to cement/bricks constructed covers go-downs. These Fumigation Covers are used to store million of tons of food grain with chemically treated to protect against insects, rodents, pests etc. We cater Cap covers to Government and Semi Government Department, Institution, Warehouse Intermediaries.
