Standard Hygiene level:

• Min 50% strength after 200 hours exposure in UVB 313 lamps
• Strength variation of +/- 5% from agreed mean value
• Additives to improve processability of polymers
• Clean, dust free non fraying fabric.

Clean bags have following additional features:

• Ultrasonic edges
• Double fold where necessary
• Heat cutting of all sewing thread run offs
• All fabric folds are to the exterior of the bag
• Air blowing

Food grade have following additional features on clean bags:

• All additives are food grade, including UV stabilizer
• All machine oils which can come in contact with materials are food grade
• All Spin oils used in sewing/weaving are food grade
• All bales are double wrapped
